Dancing has added a wonderful, new dimension to our relationship. Studying with the fine teachers at Chicago Dance has enabled that new dimension to blossom.
Thank you, Chicago Dance.

Chicago Dance offers classes to those who would like to explore partner dance in the role of the leader and/or the follower, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
By having the option of changing roles, partners are given the flexibility to experience the dances from different perspectives and to develop more communication and awareness. Partners become more giving and receiving, free from the formal restrictions of expected gender roles.
Our dance classes and dance parties are gay-friendly. Watch for our Fred/Fred and Ginger/Ginger group class which is geared to the LGBT community but is open to all.
Private lessons are a great way to experience ballroom, latin and country-western. You don't need a partner because all of our instructors, whether they are LGBT or not, enjoy working one-on-one with all students and are required to be accomplished teachers of both lead and follow.
Tommye and Gregory, the owners of Chicago Dance, were the organizers and sports captains of the Dancesport portion (ballroom, latin and country-western dancing) of Gay Games VII held in Chicago in 2006.
Chicago Dance coached several couples in preparation for the Gay Games VII and have students preparing for Gay Games VIII in Cologne, Germany to be held July 31-August 7th.
Gregory has also judged several Same-Gender competitions.
